Sea String Cold Pasta
[Ingredient] 50g salted sea string, 100g pasta, 50g young leaf
[Sauce] 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp sesame, 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Recipe
- Put about 10cups of water and 1 tbsp of salt in pot and boil. Then put past in it, boil for 12min and take pasta out.
- Soak salted sea string in cold water for 30min, remove saltiness, trim and cut into 5cm.
- Make sauce for pasta.
- Put cooled pasta and sea string, pour sauce and mix evenly.
- Put young leaf in dish and place well-mixed sea string cold pasta on it.
