Seasoned Sea String Vinegar Salad
[Ingredient] 120g salted sea string, 60g radish, 1/4 onion, 1 tsp salt
[Sauce] 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, pepper, 1 tsp
Recipe
- Trim salted sea string cleanly and cut into 4~5cm.
- Julienne radish finely and pickle with 1tbsp of water and salt.
- Make sauce.
- Wash pickled radish once and strain. Then mix it with sea string, put sauce and mix evenly.
