Seasoned Sea String Vinegar Salad

Seasoned Sea String Vinegar Salad



[Ingredient] 120g salted sea string, 60g radish, 1/4 onion, 1 tsp salt


[Sauce] 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, pepper, 1 tsp



Recipe



  1. Trim salted sea string cleanly and cut into 4~5cm.

  2. Julienne radish finely and pickle with 1tbsp of water and salt.

  3. Make sauce.

  4. Wash pickled radish once and strain. Then mix it with sea string, put sauce and mix evenly.
