Stir-fried Sea String and Fish Cake



[Ingredient] 130g salted sea string, 1 pack of enokitake, 3 pc square fish cake


[Sauce] 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oligossacharide, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, sesame



Recipe



  1. Trim salted sea string cleanly and cut into same size of fish cake.

  2. Put fish cake in colander,remove the grease and julienne in size of 0.3x0.6cm.

  3. Julienne onion finely and make sauce.

  4. Put cooking oil in heated pan, stir-fry onion, when onion becomes transparent, put fish cake and stir-fry them.

  5. Put sea string and sauce in it and mix evenly.
