Stir-fried Sea String and Fish Cake
[Ingredient] 130g salted sea string, 1 pack of enokitake, 3 pc square fish cake
[Sauce] 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oligossacharide, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, sesame
Recipe
- Trim salted sea string cleanly and cut into same size of fish cake.
- Put fish cake in colander,remove the grease and julienne in size of 0.3x0.6cm.
- Julienne onion finely and make sauce.
- Put cooking oil in heated pan, stir-fry onion, when onion becomes transparent, put fish cake and stir-fry them.
- Put sea string and sauce in it and mix evenly.
