Fried Sea StringRice Noodles

Fried Sea String Rice Noodles



[Ingredient] 50g salted sea string, 100g thick rice noodle, 1 handful shrimp, 1/6 onion, 50g bean sprout, 2~3 lemon slice, crushed peanut,
cooking oil


[Sauce] 3 tbsp Pad Thai sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce(or 1 tbsp soy sauce), 1 tbsp oligosacharide, 3 Vietnam chili pepper, 1 tsp chopped green onion, 2 garlic



Recipe



  1. Trim sea string and cut into goody size.

  2. Soak rice noodle in cold water then blanch in boiling water for just 30sec and cool.

  3. Put cooking oil in heated pan, stir-fry chopped green onion and garlic slightly and stir-fry again after putting onion and shrimp.

  4. When shrimps are cooked, put rice noodle, bean sprout and sauce in it, stir-fry evenly, when the ingredients in pan is marinated well, place on dish and garnish with lemon and crushed peanut.
