Fried Sea String Rice Noodles
[Ingredient] 50g salted sea string, 100g thick rice noodle, 1 handful shrimp, 1/6 onion, 50g bean sprout, 2~3 lemon slice, crushed peanut,
cooking oil
[Sauce] 3 tbsp Pad Thai sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce(or 1 tbsp soy sauce), 1 tbsp oligosacharide, 3 Vietnam chili pepper, 1 tsp chopped green onion, 2 garlic
Recipe
- Trim sea string and cut into goody size.
- Soak rice noodle in cold water then blanch in boiling water for just 30sec and cool.
- Put cooking oil in heated pan, stir-fry chopped green onion and garlic slightly and stir-fry again after putting onion and shrimp.
- When shrimps are cooked, put rice noodle, bean sprout and sauce in it, stir-fry evenly, when the ingredients in pan is marinated well, place on dish and garnish with lemon and crushed peanut.
