Maessangee Waffle

Maessangee Waffle



[Ingredient] 200g soft flour, 100g egg, 85ml milk, 20g chopped maessangee, 30g sugar, 1g salt, 6g baking powder, 70ml melted butter



Recipe



  1. Strain trimmed maessangee.

  2. Beat and stir egg slightly, add sugar and salt, then whip for 2~3min.

  3. Put heated lukewarm milk and maessangee in 2.

  4. Put soft flour and baking powder by filtering with colander and mix with slightly.

  5. Put melted butter in 4 and mix.

  6. Pour dough in heated waffle pan and cook until it becomes crispy.
