Maessangee Waffle
[Ingredient] 200g soft flour, 100g egg, 85ml milk, 20g chopped maessangee, 30g sugar, 1g salt, 6g baking powder, 70ml melted butter
Recipe
- Strain trimmed maessangee.
- Beat and stir egg slightly, add sugar and salt, then whip for 2~3min.
- Put heated lukewarm milk and maessangee in 2.
- Put soft flour and baking powder by filtering with colander and mix with slightly.
- Put melted butter in 4 and mix.
- Pour dough in heated waffle pan and cook until it becomes crispy.
