Maessangee (Seaweed Fulvescens) Noodles
[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 1 pack noodle, 3~4 short-necked clam, 1/4 onion
Recipe
- Wash maessangee in cold water and strain.
- Trim maessangee by chopping.
- Julienne onion and wash clam cleanly.
- Put noodle, soup, clam and onion in boiling water and cook noodles.
- When it is almost done, put maessangee in it and boil again.
