Maessangee Spaghetti with Cream Sauce
[Ingredient] 25g maessangee, 70g spaghetti, 1/4 onion, 3 bacon, 2 garlic, olive oil, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tsp butter
[Sauce] 1.5 cup fresh cream, salt, pepper
Recipe
- Wash maessangee in cold water, strain and chop finely.
- Boil spaghetti in boiling water with salt and olive oil for 8min, take out, and mix with olive oil.
- Julienne onion, bacon and garlic finely.
- Melt butter in pan, put onion, garlic and bacon in it, stir-fry them and marinate with salt and pepper.
- Put flour in 4, stir-fry for 1min, then put cream and boil.
- Put maessangee in 5, boil for a while, then put spaghetti and mix well.
