Maessangee Spaghetti with Cream Sauce

Maessangee Spaghetti with Cream Sauce



[Ingredient] 25g maessangee, 70g spaghetti, 1/4 onion, 3 bacon, 2 garlic, olive oil, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tsp butter


[Sauce] 1.5 cup fresh cream, salt, pepper



Recipe



  1. Wash maessangee in cold water, strain and chop finely.

  2. Boil spaghetti in boiling water with salt and olive oil for 8min, take out, and mix with olive oil.

  3. Julienne onion, bacon and garlic finely.

  4. Melt butter in pan, put onion, garlic and bacon in it, stir-fry them and marinate with salt and pepper.

  5. Put flour in 4, stir-fry for 1min, then put cream and boil.

  6. Put maessangee in 5, boil for a while, then put spaghetti and mix well.
