Maessangee Mushroom Chopped Noodles



[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 50g matari mushroom, 2 shiitake, 1/4 onion, 200g flesh of clam, 1/2 string onion, 350g(1 pack) chopped noodle, salt, sesame oil



Recipe



  1. Wash maessangee in cold water, strain and chop finely.

  2. Chop string onion and onion in small pieces, wash shiitake and cut in goody size.

  3. Put clam, mushroom and onion in water and boil. Then put noodles in it and boil for 1~2min.

  4. Put trimmed maessangee and string onion in and boil until it boils.
