Maessangee Gochujang rice cake

Maessangee Gochujang rice cake



[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 50g leek, 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp soybean paste sauce, 1 cup water, cooking oil



Recipe



  1. Wash maessangee in cold water, strain and chop into small pieces.

  2. Slice leek into small pieces.

  3. Mix gochujang, soybean paste sauce, water and flour evenly.

  4. Put maessangee and leek in 3 and mix them evenly.

  5. Put cooking oil in heated pan, put dough in it and brown it.
