Maessangee Gochujang rice cake
[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 50g leek, 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp soybean paste sauce, 1 cup water, cooking oil
Recipe
- Wash maessangee in cold water, strain and chop into small pieces.
- Slice leek into small pieces.
- Mix gochujang, soybean paste sauce, water and flour evenly.
- Put maessangee and leek in 3 and mix them evenly.
- Put cooking oil in heated pan, put dough in it and brown it.
