Maessangee Oyster Soup
[Ingredient] 100g maessangee, 100g oyster, 30g radish, 1 tsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, a pinch of salt, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp sesame oil
Recipe
- Wash maessangee in cold water, put it in colander, strain and chop finely.
- Julienne radish.
- Wash oyster by shaking in light salt water.
- Put oyster in pot and stir-fry, then put 1 cup of water, radish and minced garlic in it and boil.
- If radish becomes soft, put maessangee in pot and boil for 1min.
- Marinate with sesame oil and salt.
