Maessangee Oyster Soup

Maessangee Oyster Soup



[Ingredient] 100g maessangee, 100g oyster, 30g radish, 1 tsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp soy sauce, a pinch of salt, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp sesame oil



Recipe



  1. Wash maessangee in cold water, put it in colander, strain and chop finely.

  2. Julienne radish.

  3. Wash oyster by shaking in light salt water.

  4. Put oyster in pot and stir-fry, then put 1 cup of water, radish and minced garlic in it and boil.

  5. If radish becomes soft, put maessangee in pot and boil for 1min.

  6. Marinate with sesame oil and salt.
