Maessangee Chicken Soup

Maessangee Chicken Soup



[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 3/4 cup soaked rice, 4 cup water, 100g chicken breast, a pinch of salt.


[Chicken broth] 2-3 bell pepper, 4 garlic, 10cm string onion, salt



Recipe



  1. Wash maessangee in cold water, put it in colander, strain and chop finely.

  2. Boil chicken breast with bell pepper, garlic and string onion and then add salt.

  3. When 2 is cooked, put all solid ingredients out from pot, cool them, and leave broth filtered by cotton patch.

  4. Stir-fry sesame oil and soaked rice in pot and marinate with salt and pepper.

  5. Put 4 cups of chicken broth for 2 times and boil.

  6. When soup becomes sticky, put trimmed maessangee and chicken breast in it and lower heat in medium heat. Boil soup by stirring several times and salt.
