Maessangee Chicken Soup
[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 3/4 cup soaked rice, 4 cup water, 100g chicken breast, a pinch of salt.
[Chicken broth] 2-3 bell pepper, 4 garlic, 10cm string onion, salt
Recipe
- Wash maessangee in cold water, put it in colander, strain and chop finely.
- Boil chicken breast with bell pepper, garlic and string onion and then add salt.
- When 2 is cooked, put all solid ingredients out from pot, cool them, and leave broth filtered by cotton patch.
- Stir-fry sesame oil and soaked rice in pot and marinate with salt and pepper.
- Put 4 cups of chicken broth for 2 times and boil.
- When soup becomes sticky, put trimmed maessangee and chicken breast in it and lower heat in medium heat. Boil soup by stirring several times and salt.
