Maessangee Mushroom Frittata

Maessangee Mushroom Frittata



[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 50g oyster mushroom, 3 shiitake, 1/4 onion, 2 tbsp chopped green onion, 2 egg, 3 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp whipped cream, salt, pepper



Recipe



  1. Wash maessangee in cold water, strain by putting it in colander, and chop finely.

  2. Chop onion finely.

  3. Blanch mushrooms in boiling water for about 1min, cut them in goody sizes and salt.

  4. Spread mushrooms in baking dish and place chopped green onion and onion on them.

  5. Mix egg, milk, whipped cream(optional), salt, pepper and maesangee and put them in 4

  6. Bake it in 200°c oven for 15~20min.
