Maessangee Mushroom Frittata
[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 50g oyster mushroom, 3 shiitake, 1/4 onion, 2 tbsp chopped green onion, 2 egg, 3 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp whipped cream, salt, pepper
Recipe
- Wash maessangee in cold water, strain by putting it in colander, and chop finely.
- Chop onion finely.
- Blanch mushrooms in boiling water for about 1min, cut them in goody sizes and salt.
- Spread mushrooms in baking dish and place chopped green onion and onion on them.
- Mix egg, milk, whipped cream(optional), salt, pepper and maesangee and put them in 4
- Bake it in 200°c oven for 15~20min.
