Maessangee Beef Porridge

Maessangee Beef Porridge



[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 3/4 cup soaked rice, 4 cup water, 50g beef, a pinch of salt


[Sauce] 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp minced garlic



Recipe



  1. Wash maessangee in cold water, strain it by putting it in colander, and chop finely.

  2. Chop beef and marinate.

  3. Put sesame oil in pot, put marinated beef and 1 tbsp of water, and stir-fry.

  4. Put soaked rice in 3 and marinate with salt and pepper.

  5. Put 4 cups of water in 4 dividing in 2 times and boil.

  6. When soup becomes sticky, put trimmed maessangee and chicken breast in it and lower heat in medium heat. Boil soup by stirring several times and salt.
