Maessangee Beef Porridge
[Ingredient] 50g maessangee, 3/4 cup soaked rice, 4 cup water, 50g beef, a pinch of salt
[Sauce] 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Recipe
- Wash maessangee in cold water, strain it by putting it in colander, and chop finely.
- Chop beef and marinate.
- Put sesame oil in pot, put marinated beef and 1 tbsp of water, and stir-fry.
- Put soaked rice in 3 and marinate with salt and pepper.
- Put 4 cups of water in 4 dividing in 2 times and boil.
- When soup becomes sticky, put trimmed maessangee and chicken breast in it and lower heat in medium heat. Boil soup by stirring several times and salt.
