Maessangee Nuts Chinese Pancake

Maessangee Nuts Chinese Pancake



[Ingredient] 30g maessangee, 270g Chinese pancake mix, 200g water, cooking oil


[Sauce] 1/2 cup black sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp almond powder, 1 tbsp peanut powder, 1/2 tbsp black sesame



Recipe



  1. Strain trimmed maessangee.

  2. Put water and maessangee in pancake mix and knead dough(adjust water).

  3. Mix the ingredients of filling while fermenting the dough. When the dough is swollen 2 times bigger, then remove gas by hand doughing.

  4. Remove dough adequately and fill it with filing as your taste.

  5. Spread cooking oil in hand and pan that the dough wouldn’t stick to them.

  6. Put enough oil in pan and burn it by using depressor.
