Maessangee Nuts Chinese Pancake
[Ingredient] 30g maessangee, 270g Chinese pancake mix, 200g water, cooking oil
[Sauce] 1/2 cup black sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp almond powder, 1 tbsp peanut powder, 1/2 tbsp black sesame
Recipe
- Strain trimmed maessangee.
- Put water and maessangee in pancake mix and knead dough(adjust water).
- Mix the ingredients of filling while fermenting the dough. When the dough is swollen 2 times bigger, then remove gas by hand doughing.
- Remove dough adequately and fill it with filing as your taste.
- Spread cooking oil in hand and pan that the dough wouldn’t stick to them.
- Put enough oil in pan and burn it by using depressor.
