Tot Boiled Down in Soy Sauce Rice



[Ingredient] 30g unripe tot, 150g fish cake, 30g young stem of garlic, 1 tsp sesame, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp water, cooking oil


[Sauce] 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp sugar, sesame oil



Recipe



  1. Put unripe tot in boiling water, blanch for about 30sec, strain and cut into 4~5cm.

  2. Cut fish cake in 2cm, blanch in boiling water for 2~3min and remove the grease.

  3. Cut young stem of garlic in length of 3~4cm and blanch in boiling water slightly.

  4. Make sauce by mixing the ingredients.

  5. Put sauce in pan, then put tot, stem of garlic and fish cake in it and stir-fry them.

  6. Garnish with sesame.
