Tot Boiled Down in Soy Sauce Rice
[Ingredient] 30g unripe tot, 150g fish cake, 30g young stem of garlic, 1 tsp sesame, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp water, cooking oil
[Sauce] 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp sugar, sesame oil
Recipe
- Put unripe tot in boiling water, blanch for about 30sec, strain and cut into 4~5cm.
- Cut fish cake in 2cm, blanch in boiling water for 2~3min and remove the grease.
- Cut young stem of garlic in length of 3~4cm and blanch in boiling water slightly.
- Make sauce by mixing the ingredients.
- Put sauce in pan, then put tot, stem of garlic and fish cake in it and stir-fry them.
- Garnish with sesame.
