Tot Egg Roll
[Ingredient] 50g unripe tot, 6 egg, 4 small green onion, 30g broccoli, 20g carrot, 2 crab meat, a pinch of salt and pepper, cooking oil

- Wash tot under cold water and blanch in boiling water.
- Wash blanched tot cleanly, chop it, and chop small green onion, broccoli and carrot in small pieces.
- Beat 6 eggs, put tot and vegetable in it and marinate with salt and pepper.
- Put cooking oil in medium-heated pan, spread egg water in it, put crab meat and roll up.
