Tot Boiled Down in Soy Sauce Rice



[Ingredient] 15g dried tot, 1/4 carrot, 2~3 fried tofu, 150g pork, 4 egg, 3~4 tbsp chopped small onion, 3 bowl rice


[Sauce] 200ml meat broth, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp green plum juice, 2 tbsp cooking wine



Recipe



  1. Soak dried tot in cold water and after drain, cut it in small pieces. And julienne carrot finely.

  2. Blanch not seasoned fried tofu in boiling water, strain, and julienne.

  3. Julienne pork and then marinate with salt and pepper.

  4. Make egg slice and julienne it.

  5. Put pork, carrot, fried tofu and tot in heated pan and stir-fry them.
