Seasoned Tot Tofu Salad

Seasoned Tot Tofu Salad



[Ingredient] 100g unripe tot, 1 dice tofu, 1.5 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame, salt



Recipe



  1. Wash unripe tot cleanly, strain, and cut into goody size.

  2. Blanch tofu in boiling water for 4~5min.

  3. Crush blanched tofu by the back of a knife and drain by using towel.

  4. Put crushed tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, sesame, oligosaccharide and salt in strained tot and mix them.
