Tot Soybean Paste Sauce
[Ingredient] 50g unripe tot, 1/4 dice tofu, 1/4 onion, 1/4 zucchini, 1 shiitake mushroom, 50g flesh of
[Sauce] 2 tbsp soybean paste sauce, 1 tbsp green plum juice, 1 tbsp sesame oil, pepper
Recipe
- Wash unripe tot cleanly, strain and cut into goody size.
- Chop onion, zucchini and shiitake in thick size.
- Crush tofu by the back of a knife. Mix sauce evenly.
- Put sesame oil in pan, stir-fry tofu
- with sauce, then put vegetable and stir-fry again.
- Put kelp broth in 5, if it boils, then put manila clam and boil again.
