Tot Soybean Paste Sauce



[Ingredient] 50g unripe tot, 1/4 dice tofu, 1/4 onion, 1/4 zucchini, 1 shiitake mushroom, 50g flesh of


[Sauce] 2 tbsp soybean paste sauce, 1 tbsp green plum juice, 1 tbsp sesame oil, pepper



Recipe



  1. Wash unripe tot cleanly, strain and cut into goody size.

  2. Chop onion, zucchini and shiitake in thick size.

  3. Crush tofu by the back of a knife. Mix sauce evenly.

  4. Put sesame oil in pan, stir-fry tofu

  5. with sauce, then put vegetable and stir-fry again.

  6. Put kelp broth in 5, if it boils, then put manila clam and boil again.
