Tot Steamed Egg



[Ingredient] 20g dried tot, 1.5 cup kelp broth, 3 egg, 10g shrimp flesh, a pinch of salt



Recipe



  1. Soak dried tot in cold water.

  2. Cut soaked tot into fine size.

  3. Blanch shrimp in boiling water slightly.

  4. Whip egg and salt in kelp broth, add sliced tot, and steam for 10min.

  5. Put shrimp and tot on 4 and steam again for 5min.
