Tot Shredded Daikon
[Ingredient] 200g unripe tot, 100g radish, 120g red onion
[Sauce] 1 tbsp soy sauce for soup, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tbsp green plum juice, 1/2 tsp salt, sesame
Recipe
- Wash tot under cold water and blanch in boiling water slightly.
- Wash blanched tot under running water and cut in goody size.
- Julienne radish and onion and mix them with salt, vinegar and green plum juice.
- Put soy sauce and minced garlic in tot and marinate.
- Mix each of marinated radish and tot and finish with spreading sesame.
