Tot Shredded Daikon

Tot Shredded Daikon



[Ingredient] 200g unripe tot, 100g radish, 120g red onion


[Sauce] 1 tbsp soy sauce for soup, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tbsp green plum juice, 1/2 tsp salt, sesame



Recipe



  1. Wash tot under cold water and blanch in boiling water slightly.

  2. Wash blanched tot under running water and cut in goody size.

  3. Julienne radish and onion and mix them with salt, vinegar and green plum juice.

  4. Put soy sauce and minced garlic in tot and marinate.

  5. Mix each of marinated radish and tot and finish with spreading sesame.
