Sweet and Sour Tot Mackerel



[Ingredient] 1 tsp tot powder, 5g rice tot, 1/2 mackerel, 1/2 paprika, 1 egg, 1 cup starch, cooking oil, 1 tbsp ginger juice, 1 tbsp rice wine, a pinch of salt and pepper, sesame


[Sauce] 2 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp starch syrup, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tsp chopped green onion, 2 tsp minced garlic



Recipe



  1. Soak rice tot in water and cut paprika into small pieces.

  2. Separate mackerel meat from the bones, cut meat into 2x2cm size, then marinate with salt, pepper, ginger juice and rice wine.

  3. Coat mackerel meat with rice tot, tot powder, egg white and starch and fry in oil.

  4. Put the ingredients of sauce in pan and boil.

  5. Mix fried mackerel with 3 and spread paprika and sesame.
