Sweet and Sour Tot Mackerel
[Ingredient] 1 tsp tot powder, 5g rice tot, 1/2 mackerel, 1/2 paprika, 1 egg, 1 cup starch, cooking oil, 1 tbsp ginger juice, 1 tbsp rice wine, a pinch of salt and pepper, sesame
[Sauce] 2 tbsp gochujang, 2 tbsp starch syrup, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tsp chopped green onion, 2 tsp minced garlic
Recipe
- Soak rice tot in water and cut paprika into small pieces.
- Separate mackerel meat from the bones, cut meat into 2x2cm size, then marinate with salt, pepper, ginger juice and rice wine.
- Coat mackerel meat with rice tot, tot powder, egg white and starch and fry in oil.
- Put the ingredients of sauce in pan and boil.
- Mix fried mackerel with 3 and spread paprika and sesame.
