Seasoned Tot Mung-bean Jelly Salad

Seasoned Tot Mung-bean Jelly Salad



[Ingredient] 70g tot, 10g water parsley, 1 egg, 30g mung-bean sprout, 150g mung-bean jelly, 50g beef, 1/2 cucumber, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sesame oil.


[Seasoning for Beef] 1/3 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, pepper



Recipe



  1. Wash tot in cold water, blanch in boiling water, cut into length of 3cm, then marinate with sesame oil and salt.

  2. Slice mung-bean jelly in thin size, blanch in boiling water and cool, then marinate with sesame oil and salt.

  3. Remove heads and tails of mung-bean sprouts and blanch them in boiling water.

  4. Make egg slice, cut into 1x3cm size, and also cut cucumber into 1x3cm size.

  5. Julienne beef, mix with seasoning and stir-fry in pan without moisture.

  6. Make sauce and mix tot, mung-bean sprout, water parsley and egg slice wit it.
