Tot and Potato Boiled Down in Sauce
[Ingredient] 50g unripe tot, 3 potato, 1 tuna can, 1/4 onion, 1/4 paprika, cooking oil
[Sauce] 2 tbsp gochujang, 1/2 tbsp red pepper powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp chopped green onion
Recipe
- Wash unripe tot in cold water and cut into 1~2cm.
- Cut potato into big size and blanch in boiling water slightly.
- Cut onion and paprika into 1.5cm x 1.5cm.
- Remove the grease of tuna with putting it on colander.
- Make sauce.
- Put cooking oil in pot, stir-fry onion, potato, tot and tuna in it, then boil with sauce.
- When it is almost cooked, put paprika and boil down.
