Seasoned Tot Vinegar Salad



[Ingredient] 200g unripe tot, 40g radish


[Sauce] 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp red pepper powder, 3 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/3 tbsp minced garlic, 1/3 tbsp chopped green onion, sesame



Recipe



  1. Wash tot in cold water and blanch in boiling water.

  2. Cut blanched tot into 5~6cm.

  3. Julienne radish finely, salt, and strain.

  4. Make sauce by mixing gochujang, red pepper powder, sugar, minced garlic, vinegar and chopped green onion.

  5. ut sauce of 4 in goody-size tot and salted radish and mix them well.
