Tot and Potato Pancake
[Ingredient] 40g tot, 2 potato, 1/2 onion, 4 tbsp potato starch, a pinch of salt, cooking oil
Recipe
- Wash tot in cold water, blanch in boiling water and cut into 3~4cm.
- Julienne potato and onion and soak them in cold water.
- Mix tot, chopped potato, onion, salt and potato starch.
- Put cooking oil in pan, put 3 in it and burn to be yellowish.
