Tot Oil Pasta
[Ingredient] 50g tot, 100g spaghetti, 6~7 short-necked clam, 2 garlic, 1/2 red pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper
Recipe
- Boil spaghetti in boiling water and drain.
- Soak tot in cold water, remove saltiness, and cut into 3~4cm. Boil short-necked clam in boiling water and prepare broth filtered by a moisted cloth.
- Slice garlic and chop red pepper finely.
- Put olive oil in heated pan, roast garlic, then stir-fry with tot.
- Put chopped red pepper in 4 and stir-fry, then pour clam broth and boil in low heat.
- When 5 boils, put clam meat and boiled spaghetti in it, stir-fry with adding olive oil, and marinate with salt and pepper.
