Tot Abalone Boiled Down in Soy Sauce
[Ingredient] 50g tot, 5 abalone, 5~6 garlic, 10 quail egg
Recipe
- Wash tot in cold water, blanch in boiling water and cut into 3~4cm.
- Wash abalone under running water cleanly, remove foreign material, and blanch slightly.
- Make cut inside of abalone.
- Boil quail egg and peel.
- Put 4 in sauce and boil, then put garlic, abalone and tot in it and boil for 5min.
