Seasoned Kelp and Fish Sauce

Seasoned Kelp and Fish Sauce



[Ingredient] 70g salted kelp, 1/2 red pepper, 1/4 onion


[Sauce] 2 tbsp anchovy sauce, 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 1/4 tsp sugar, chopped green onion, garlic, a pinch of salt



Recipe



  1. Wash salted kelp under running water, soak it in cold water for about 1hr to remove saltiness, trim and slice into width of 0.3cm.

  2. Make sauce for seasoning.

  3. Remove seeds of red pepper and julienne it into 0.2cm. Julienne onion thinner.

  4. Put kelp, red pepper and onion in wide dish and mix them with sauce softly.
