Seasoned Kelp, Mushroom and Sesame
[Ingredient] 50g kelp for wrapping(ssam),150g mattari mushroom
[Sauce] 2 tbsp sesame powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce for soup, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp sugar, sesame
Recipe
- Wash kelp cleanly, remove moisture and julienne it.
- Trim mushroom, blanch in boiling water, wash, and remove moisture.
- Put kelp and mushroom on dish and mix them with sauce.
