Kelp Tuna Quesadilla

Kelp Tuna Quesadilla



[Ingredient] 30g salted kelp, 2 tortilla, 1 tuna can, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/6 paprika, 5g onion, 1 shiitake mushroom, 2 tbsp tomato spaghetti sauce, cooking oil



Recipe



  1. Wash salted kelp under running water, soak it in wate r, remove saltiness and drain.

  2. Put tuna can in colander, pour hot water and drain.

  3. Chop kelp, paprika, onion and shiitake finely and stir-fry them in greased pan.

  4. Spread sauce on 1 tortilla, spread mozzarella cheese, then put fried ingredients on it evenly and cover it with the rest tortilla.

  5. Put 4 on pan and burn in low heat to melt cheese.
