Deluxe Rice with Kelp and Sweet Potato
[Ingredient] 1 tbsp rice kelp, 2 cup rice, 1/2 sweet potato, 6 ginkgo nut, 3 jujube, 1 young stem of garlic, 10 bean, a pinch of salt, 2 cup
kelp broth
[Sauce] 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp water, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame
Recipe
- Wash rice and soak on colander.
- Cut sweet potato in size of ginkgo nut, peel jujube and cut it into width of 0.2cm.
- Chop young stem of garlic into small pieces.
- Put rice kelp, sweet potato, ginkgo nut, jujube, stem of garlic, bean and salt in pot or pressure cooker, pour broth in it and cook.
- If rice is done, put sesame oil in it, mix slightly and put rice in dish.
- Garnish with sauce.
