Seasoned Sea Mustard, Cucumber Green Pepper and Soybean Paste Sauce



[Ingredient] 5g dried sea mustard, 5 cucumber green pepper


[Sauce]2 tbsp soybean paste sauce, 1/2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp red pepper powder, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sesame

  1. Soak dried sea mustard in cold water and remove moisture, then cut into small pieces.

  2. Slice stemmed cucumber green pepper into bite-size.

  3. Mix the ingredients of sauce.

  4. Put pepper and sea mustard in 3 and mix.
