Sea Mustard and Tofu Canape



[Ingredient] 5g dried sea mustard, 1 pc tofu, salt,cooking oil


[Vinegar Sauce] 1tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp



Sea Mustard and Tofu Canape Recipe



  1. Soak dried sea mustard in cold water, slice it into small pieces and remove moisture.

  2. Make vinegar sauce and mix it with sea mustard.

  3. Cut tofu into 2 pieces and slice them in thickness of 2cm.

  4. Place tofu on dish, pickle by spreading salt, and remove moisture.

  5. Put cooking oil in heated pan and fry tofu back and forth to be yellowish.

  6. Put seasoned vinegar sea mustard on the tofus.
