Sea Mustard and Tofu Canape
[Ingredient] 5g dried sea mustard, 1 pc tofu, salt,cooking oil
[Vinegar Sauce] 1tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp
Sea Mustard and Tofu Canape Recipe
- Soak dried sea mustard in cold water, slice it into small pieces and remove moisture.
- Make vinegar sauce and mix it with sea mustard.
- Cut tofu into 2 pieces and slice them in thickness of 2cm.
- Place tofu on dish, pickle by spreading salt, and remove moisture.
- Put cooking oil in heated pan and fry tofu back and forth to be yellowish.
- Put seasoned vinegar sea mustard on the tofus.
