Fried Sea Mustard Stem and Crab Meat
[Ingredient] 200g salted sea mustard stem, 3 crab meat, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp sesame
[Sauce] 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp rice wine
Recipe
- Wash salted sea mustard stem in cold water several times and soak for about 30min. Then remove moisture and cut in 4~5cm length.
- Slice crab meat in thin size and cut same as sea mustard.
- Put cooking oil in heated pan, stir-fry minced garlic, put sea mustard stem and stir-fry for 5min to make them greasy in overall.
- Put crab meat and sauce in 3, stir -fry for more 5min, and mix them with sesame.
