Sea Mustard and Lotus Root Pancake



[Ingredient] 10g sea mustard, 100g lotus root, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 100g pan frying powder, 1.5 cup water, 1 tsp salt, pepper, cooking oil



Recipe



  1. Soak dried sea mustard in cold water, cut into small pieces and remove moisture.

  2. Peel lotus root and chop it in thick sizes.

  3. Chop red pepper and green pepper in thick sizes.

  4. Put cooking oil in pan, pour the knead in it, and fry till it turnes like yellowish.
