Sea Mustard and Lotus Root Pancake
[Ingredient] 10g sea mustard, 100g lotus root, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 100g pan frying powder, 1.5 cup water, 1 tsp salt, pepper, cooking oil
Recipe
- Soak dried sea mustard in cold water, cut into small pieces and remove moisture.
- Peel lotus root and chop it in thick sizes.
- Chop red pepper and green pepper in thick sizes.
- Put cooking oil in pan, pour the knead in it, and fry till it turnes like yellowish.
