Seasoned Sea Mustard, Dried Green and Sesame
[Ingredient] 10g dried sea mustard, 20g dried egg plant, 20g dried slices of young pumpkin, 2 tbsp sesame powder, 1 tbsp sesame oil, cooking oil
[Sauce] 1 tbsp soy sauce for soup, 1 tsp chopped green onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp sugar
Recipe
- Soak dried sea mustard, slice into small pieces and remove moisture.
- Wash dried egg plant and pumkin slices in cold water, then soak them in hot water with putting a bit of sugar for about 20min.
- Remove moisture of 2 and mix them with sauce.
- Heat a pan, put cooking oil int it and stir-fry 3 and sea mustard.
- Whild stir-frying, add water, sesame powder and sesame oil, and stir-fry.
