Seasoned Sea Mustard, Dried Green and Sesame

Seasoned Sea Mustard, Dried Green and Sesame



[Ingredient] 10g dried sea mustard, 20g dried egg plant, 20g dried slices of young pumpkin, 2 tbsp sesame powder, 1 tbsp sesame oil, cooking oil


[Sauce] 1 tbsp soy sauce for soup, 1 tsp chopped green onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp sugar



Recipe



  1. Soak dried sea mustard, slice into small pieces and remove moisture.

  2. Wash dried egg plant and pumkin slices in cold water, then soak them in hot water with putting a bit of sugar for about 20min.

  3. Remove moisture of 2 and mix them with sauce.

  4. Heat a pan, put cooking oil int it and stir-fry 3 and sea mustard.

  5. Whild stir-frying, add water, sesame powder and sesame oil, and stir-fry.
