Cold Semogasari Jellyfish Salad
[Ingredient] 20g dried semogasari, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 onion, 300g jellyfish, 1 tbsp sesame
[Marinate jellyfish] 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt
[Sauce] 2 tbsp light mustard, 3 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/3 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Cold Semogasari Jellyfish Salad Recipe
- Soak dried semogasari in cold water for 10min and slice it in 2-3cm.
- Julienne cucumber and onion.
- Wash jellyfish in cold water several times, soak it in boiling water slightly and strain, then put marinate in it and mix.
- Prepare sauce.
- Put jellyfish, semogasari, onion, cucumber and marinade in the big bowl, and finish with sesame.
