Assorted Seaweed Spring Rolls



[Ingredient] 15g dried assorted seaweed, 2/1 yellow paprika, 1/2 red paprika, 1/2 cucumber, 4 crab meat, 1/4 onion, 3~4 perilla leaf, 2 slice of pineapple, 20 rice papaer


[Mustard Sauce] 1 tbsp light mustard, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp oligosaccharide, a pinch of salt



Assorted Seaweed Spring Rolls Recipe



  1. Soak assorted dried seaweed in cold water for 5min, put in the colander and strain.

  2. Prepare sliced paprikas, cucumber, crab meat and perilla leaf.

  3. Divide pineapple in 8 equal parts.

  4. Make mustard sauce.

  5. Put assorted dried seaweed, paprikas, cucumber, crab meat, perilla leaf and etc in soaked rice paper and roll.

  6. Garnish 5 with mustard sauce.
