Seaweed and Tofu Gratin
[Ingredient] 15g assorted dried seaweed, 1 tofu, 1 tbsp minced kimchi, 4 bacon, 2 tbsp minced onion, a pinch of salt and pepper, 100g pizza cheese
Seaweed and Tofu Gratin Recipe
- Soak assorted dried seaweed in cold water for 5min, put it in the colander and strain. Then slice them.
- Crush tofu by using knife and stir-fry it in greased pan with salt and pepper.
- Stir-fry sliced onion, kimchi and bacon.
- Put sauce of bulgogi in beef and toss through.
- Put tofu, onion, kimchi, seaweed, bacon and etc in a heat resistant container and mix them.
- Place pizza cheese on 4 and bake it in 180°c oven.
