Seaweed Tortilla Rolls Salad



[Ingredient] 6g assorted dried seaweed, 3 pcs 6inch tortilla, 2~3 lettuce, 2 chicory, 150g chicken breast, 1 tsp salt, a pinch of pepper


[Sauce] 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper



Seaweed Tortilla Rolls Recipe



  1. Soak assorted dried seaweed in cold water for 5min, put it in the colander and strain.

  2. Wash lettuce and chicory and slice them.

  3. Boil chicken breast with salth and pepper and slice it across the grain.

  4. Make sauce with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

  5. Heat tortilla in heated pan slightly, spread sauce on it,
